American made. Well balanced and heavy enough to lessen recoil. Front bead sight, and strap swivels. Handles a wide variety of shot and shells. Better quality than the Mossbergs of years ago. More of a protection gun but could be used for bird hunting at close range [cylinder bore]. Can use slugs for deer and bear. A good gun for the price, but my Belgium Browing was really sweet.
