ok, i ordered this thing at 4 am in the morning, it was in ups hands at 9:30am that same morning. now that i have it, i installed it, very tight fit, as you would want, everything i could have asked for and more. it looks great, does its job-> you can still hold it like a regular shotgun, or like i have it, you can put a foregrip on there and hold it like an assault rifle. best upgrade for the shotgun besides a pistol grip period!

Gets the job done

Easy installation, quality, tough, plastic, good price. It looks mean as hell compared to the factory handguards too. The only thing I dont like is that the rails are only functional on the front half.

AWSOME LOOK AND FUNCTIONAL

THIS IS A GREAT LOOK FOR THIS TACTICAL ANIMAL. YOU CAN INSTALL IT QUICK AND EASY, ONE REVIEW SAID YOU PRY IT TO SNAP IT ON. RATHER THAN WRESTLE WITH IT. UNSCREW THE MUZZLE BRAKE AND SLIDE IT DOWN BARREL IT WILL SNAP IN PLACE. THEN REPLACE THE FOREARM SLING SCREW AND YOUR BACK IN BUSINESS. ALSO THE TRI RAIL GIVES YOU A BETTER GRIP WHEN FIRING HIGH POWERED ROUNDS. THE ORIGINAL SCREW IS TO SHORT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE ADDITION IF SUREFIRE WOULD HAVE PROVIDED A LONGER SCREW SO YOU COULD REATTACH THE FORWARD SLING LATCH. OR NOTCHED OUT BOTTOM RAIL SO IT WOULD FIT WITH ORIGINAL SCREW. ALL IN ALL ITS AWSOME! BUY IT...

looks great and a nice tight fit , goes on fast would have liked the rail to go the full length of the forearm other than that I would get it for my other saiga rifles as for the sling, with a dremel and steady hand that was an easy fix

I got the tri rail today .I've got to say I'm 100% happy. I like the fact the rails extend beyond the gas block the further forward my Tactical light is, the less shadow I get off the barrel. Great job!

Nice Addition

Upside: very tight fit, looks great, priced rite. Downside: no sling attachment. Overall: glad I bought it, provide a sling attachment and get 5 stars.
Gilberts Response: You can add an Ergo Picatinny sling attachment at any time.

Good service, decent product, not perfect

Gilbert's has been great to deal with so they are A-OK. The forearm is also pretty good, but it has a couple issues: It is too long, and so you get some overhang which looks weird, and there's no built it sling-swivel. It is also extremely tough and rigid, which is good, except that it is very hard to get on at first since it has give. Otherwise it looks great. The rails are a very tight fit for any accessory on the revamped second-edition models. Cut a couple inches of the length and it gets 5 stars.
