We try to make the shipping charge as simple as possible.New! On all accessory purchases we charge a flat fee of $9.50 per order. If the order consists of 10 items or just 1 item, regardless of the total price, the shipping is a flat $9.50. Some Exclusions (Oversize / Overweight) Apply. Firearms & Muzzleloaders
There is a flat $20 shipping charge for shipping any handgun, long gun, or muzzleloader in the Continental United States. Some oversized items are excluded.
Exclusions
Shipping Charges for Ammunition, Treestands, Archery Targets, Clay Pigeon Throwers, .50 BMG Rifles and other heavy/over-sized items will vary and are calculated by weight and shipping destination in the Continental US.
Alaska & Hawaii
All Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are subject to higher shipping rates, please contact us if you have any questions. No Ammunition Will Be Shipped Outside the Continental United States
Returns
All items come with a manufacturers warranty. All repair/warranty inquiries need to be made directly with the manufacturer. Any item returned to Gilbert's for any reason (other than a shipping error on our part) requires a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and will incur a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price of the item. Shipping Fees / Credit Card Transaction Fees Will Not Be Credited To Your Acount. Restocking fee is based off the entire purchase price of the item. No return item will be accepted without an RA #. Please contact us if you have any questions. Special Order Items & Ammunition Cannot Be Returned. All returned product must be brand new, factory sealed resalable condition
All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made within 14 of the purchase of the item. Any requests for returns after this period will not be honored
