Dead Air Mojave 45 Modular Suppressor (MOJAVE45BLK)

The Mojave 45™ is the next evolution of Dead Air’s 45 AUTO silencer lineup. It incorporates the patent-pending Triskelion™ Gas Management System, which yields the benefits of low back pressure and excellent acoustics. The Mojave 45™ is compatible with multiple hosts, including tilting barrel and fixed barrel systems.

The Triskelion baffle design is made possible by DMLS additive manufacturing. It has opened the door for pushing the limits of performance through enhanced baffle geometries. Something not previously achievable through traditional manufacturing processes.

Triskelion™ Baffle System (PATENT PENDING)
Sound reduction performance at both the muzzle and the ear while promoting a continuous flow of gases. The Triskelion™ baffle design greatly reduces blowback over traditional designs on the market.

Modular Design
The Mojave series accepts all P-Series adapters and allows you to prioritize sound or size reduction by removing the front module when desired. Plus, it can be done without tools for on-the-fly changes.

The Mojave 45™ ships with a .578-28 threaded piston and PB500 Booster Assembly. The Mojave 45™ accepts all P-Series fixed mounts and adapters including our KeyMicro, 3-Lug, and P-Series Xeno.

Additive Manufacturing
The complex geometry of the Triskelion™ baffle system in the Mojave 45™ is only possible to achieve with additive manufacturing. This also allows for a stronger and lighter result.

Lightweight
3D-printed titanium greatly reduces weight while still providing superior strength. The Mojave 45™ was designed to have a rear center of gravity, giving your handgun a more natural feel when shooting.

Minimal Backpressure
Thanks to the Triskelion™ Gas Management System you’ll experience minimal backpressure and a reduction in felt recoil. This not only reduces wear and tear on your firearm but provides a much cleaner shooting experience.
